New Construction

1. Pre-Drywall Inspection:
The purpose of this inspection is to educate the buyer about the “skeleton”/rough framing of the home, what materials have been used, and how they are connected and interact with one another. It’s your best opportunity to discover defects/potential problems with roofing, walls, flooring and foundation before the finish materials are installed.
2. Final Inspection:
The buyer should follow up with a final inspection just prior to settlement. It will also cover all of the major systems and components after the finish materials have been installed.

We have used Jack and Vision Tech for our first house 18 years ago and recently inspection of a purchase of our second home. Jack is VERY meticulous, he will look in every nook and cramp space. Quite simply, he knows what he is looking for. He has a trained eye and experience; he gives the prospective buyer a peace of mind and is well worth the money. He explains everything, what is happening, defects and how to correct them and what to watch out for in the future. He gives a summary at the end, with pictures, and will also provide a very detailed report with pictures. Elizabeth is always willing to answer questions and provide information when needed. I have used Vision Tech for both residential and commercial property inspections. The years of experience and the level of thoroughness I receive on each inspection are very impressive.
